While we are an appointment only salon, we will always try to accommodate walk-ins. Our schedules and booking times do not always allow for this. In order to guarantee your preferred booking day/time, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We expect at least 48 hours notice in order to cancel/reschedule. You may cancel/reschedule your appointment two times but at the third time we will no longer allow you to book an appointment with us, you will only be allowed to walk-in the day of and see if any stylist has time available.

New Clients:

If you are a new client requesting services that may exceed 3 hours of booking time, we require a $100 deposit. This amount will be applied towards your bill day of service. You have 48 hours after booking to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment in order to refund the deposit.


In order to give you an appropriate quote, consultations are sometimes required prior to booking your actual service. Consultations are a beneficial time to speak with your stylist and explain exactly what you would like your outcome to be. This time allows our stylists to make a plan for the day of your service so everything can go as smoothly as possible and as close to your desired look is achieved. When you come in for your consultation a non-refundable $35 deposit is required. This amount will be applied to your future service. This ensures that the valuable time we have booked out for your services does not go to waste.


If you make an appointment and do not show up without notice, you will not be allowed to make any further appointments. You will only be allowed to walk-in for a service day of and see if anyone has the time available.


If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may or may not have to reschedule. Please always call the salon or notify your stylist if you are running late.

If your stylist books out a specific amount of time for your services and you have to cancel we understand that things happen but to do it multiple times effects our ability to maximize our time for each and every client. Please respect that time is of the essence in our industry and there may have been a client on our waiting list who would have gladly filled that spot with adequate notice.
